Product Licence

This licence sets out how you may use the digital products (addons, maps, assets and similar) you buy from our store. By downloading or using a product you accept this licence. It applies unless a product’s own page or a separate written agreement says otherwise.

1. The licence we grant

When you buy a product, WOM STUDIO LTD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use it for your own servers and projects, subject to the terms below. The licence lasts for as long as you comply with it.

2. What you may do

• Install and use the product on Garry’s Mod servers and projects that you own or run.
• Configure and adapt it for your own use on those servers.
• Keep a backup copy for your own use.

3. What you may not do

• Redistribute, share, resell, sublicense, rent or give away the files, in whole or in part.
• Publish the product (or a repackaged version) on workshops, forums, leak sites or file hosts.
• Claim the work as your own, or remove credits, notices or watermarks.
• Use it to build a product that competes with ours for resale.
• Use it for anything unlawful or in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Ownership

We and our licensors keep all intellectual property rights in the products. You own your own servers, configurations and content, but not the product itself — you have a licence to use it, not ownership of it.

5. Commissioned & custom work

Rights in custom work are set out in the agreement for that commission. Unless that agreement transfers ownership to you in writing, custom deliverables are licensed to you on the same basis as above, and we keep the rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries and techniques.

6. Updates & support

Any updates or support are as described on the product page. We may release updates but do not guarantee that a product will be maintained, compatible with future game versions, or available indefinitely.

7. Third-party content

Some products may include third-party assets that remain subject to their own licences. Where that applies, we’ll note it, and you must comply with those licences too.

8. Ending the licence

This licence ends automatically if you break it. When it ends you must stop using and delete the product. Ending the licence does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
