Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 19 August 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using our website, store, client portal, downloads and any community spaces we run (such as a Discord server). By using them you agree to these rules. They form part of our Terms of Service.
1. Your account
- Keep your login details secure and don’t share your account.
- Don’t create accounts using false information or impersonate anyone else.
- You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
2. Things you must not do
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
- Infringe anyone’s intellectual property, or redistribute, resell or share product files beyond your licence.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or extract our products in order to copy or redistribute them.
- Upload or spread malware, or interfere with, probe or attack the Service, its security or other users.
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-download content or data except as the Service normally allows.
- Attempt to access accounts, data or areas you’re not authorised to access.
3. Community conduct
In any community space we run, be respectful. Don’t harass, threaten or abuse others, post illegal or infringing content, spam, or share other people’s private information. We may remove content and members that break these rules.
4. If you break these rules
We may remove content, suspend or close your account, revoke product licences, refuse future orders, and where appropriate report the matter to the authorities or take legal action. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll warn you first.
5. Reporting a problem
If you see something that breaks these rules — including content you believe infringes your rights — contact us using the details below and we’ll look into it.
