This Cookie Policy explains the cookies we use on the WOM Studio website and how you can control them. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They’re widely used to make sites work, and to remember things between pages and visits.

2. The cookies we use

• Session cookie (WOMSESSID) — keeps you signed in, protects forms against cross-site request forgery, and is essential for the store and client portal to work. It is deleted when you close your browser or sign out.
• Analytics cookies (wom_consent, wom_vid) — set only if you choose “Accept all”. wom_consent remembers your choice, and wom_vid is a random id that lets us count visits and see which pages are popular. They are not used for advertising and are never shared; you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies.

Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them on the banner shown on your first visit. Choose “Essential only” to decline — the site works exactly the same. We never use advertising cookies.

3. Payment pages

When you pay, you may be taken to a page hosted by Revolut Business. They set their own cookies there, which are covered by Revolut Business’s cookie and privacy policies rather than this one.

4. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note that if you block our session cookie you won’t be able to sign in or use the store and portal, as they rely on it to work.

5. Changes

If we ever add new cookies we’ll update this policy first. The current version is always shown here with its "Last updated" date.
